 Order Confirmation: An order is considered confirmed once validated via phone, WhatsApp, or email by our team prior to dispatch.
3. Pricing & Payment
 All prices are listed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD).
 Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) upon receiving your package, as well as direct bank transfers where specified.
 Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout depending on the shipping region within Morocco.
4. Shipping & Delivery
 We ship to all regions across Morocco via partner delivery networks.
 Estimated delivery times range between 2 to 5 business days depending on the destination city.
 Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and accessible phone number.
5. Order Cancellation
 You may cancel an order free of charge before it has been dispatched from our facility.
 Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery orders at the doorstep without valid justification may result in blacklisting from future purchases.
6. Limitation of Liability
 chadi mode is not liable for indirect damages or delays caused by third-party delivery services beyond our reasonable control.
7. Applicable Law
 These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
