  1. Delivery Zones, Fees & Timelines
    We partner with reliable courier networks (OLIVRAISON), and local delivery agents) to provide nationwide coverage.
  2.  Cash on Delivery (COD) & Verification
     Confirmation Call: Every order placed on our website is subject to confirmation via phone or WhatsApp. Our team will verify your address, phone number, and selected sizing before dispatch.
     Payment at Doorstep: You pay in cash directly to the delivery agent upon receiving and verifying your sealed package.
  3.  Order Tracking & Delivery Process
     Dispatch: Orders confirmed before 14:00 (GMT+1) are handed over to our courier partner the same business day.
     Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link or SMS update from the delivery partner to follow your package status in real time.
     Delivery Attempt: The courier agent will call you prior to delivery. Please ensure your provided phone number remains accessible to avoid delivery delays or cancellations.
  4.  Damaged or Missing Shipments
     If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, please report it immediately to the delivery driver and contact Chadi Mode customer support via WhatsApp or Instagram within 24 hours with photo evidence for immediate replacement.
